No solution to this other than jailbreak the iPhone 4 and use the Gmate or Rebel 2Phone
with rebel 2phone can make call and send receive sms
with gmate can make also as bonus use data connection

Our R&D teams are looking in this at the moment
however if you upgrade using software tool to create a file with 5.0 iOS and the older baseband software 04.11.08 then you can still use the Rebel Pro and X press Micro unlock cards with iPhone 4"
