Q. How much time does it take to process an order,

A Once we Recieve Payment for an order then we process this within 24 hours or the Next Working Day.

After this period the order is packed and sent depending upon the type of shipping Services that has been Purchased from us.

 

Q How do i get tracking information ?

A Please allow 24 to 48 hours for an email with Tracking information on your order to be sent by us.

When DHL or FEDEX is chosen you will also recieve tracking information direct from them when the order is Booked in.

Q. I have purchased the full package which includes a Rebel Simcard, a cutter and a programmer ?

Can i return any one of these products to avail a 7 day money back guarantee?

For example i would like to return the cutter from the full package as i might not need it ?

A If you had purchased the full package then you will have to return the full package including all free gifts
